Dr. Portales believes that health care is as much about how you are
treated as the treatment itself. That’s why we consider you as our
guest rather than as a patient.
We do everything we can to make your visit with us a pleasant and
comfortable one. As you enter, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, or help
yourself to our hospitality bar. Do ask if you have any special
requests, as we are here to pamper you.
The “pampering” experience continues while receiving care. Be sure
to ask about our relaxing hot wax hand treatments and cool or
scented eye masks. Our treatment rooms are equipped with neck
pillows and neck massage pads to help you fully relax during dental
treatment. We can provide awesome audio headphone
entertainment with a huge selection and variety of music types to pick
from. For our longer procedures, DVD movie glasses can be
provided to watch feature films. For our sensitive patients, Nitrous
Oxide “Laughing Gas” and oral sedation is available to ease you
through the procedure.
At the end of your visit, freshen up with a soothing mouth rinse, take
home some comforting lip balm and freshen up your “Travel Mug”
with a beverage for the road. By the time you leave us, you’ll realize
that a trip to the dentist can be thoroughly enjoyable. (If you can make
it through one of Doc’s incredibly bad jokes, the rest of the visit is a
piece of cake!)
