Dr. Portales believes that health care is as much about how you are treated as the treatment itself. That’s why we consider you as our guest rather than as a patient.

We do everything we can to make your visit with us a pleasant and comfortable one. As you enter, enjoy a cup
of tea or coffee and please ask if you have any special requests, as we are here to pamper you.

The “pampering” experience continues while receiving care. Be sure to ask about our relaxing hot wax hand treatments and cool or scented eye masks. We can provide music entertainment via Doc’s iPod with a huge selection and variety of music types to pick from. For our longer procedures, pick out a movie, kick back, relax, and enjoy the dental work. For our sensitive patients, Nitrous Oxide “Laughing Gas” is available to ease you through the procedure.

At the end of your visit, freshen up with a soothing mouth rinse and grab a bottled water or coffee for the road. By the time you leave us, you’ll realize that a trip to the dentist can be thoroughly enjoyable. (If you can make it through one of Doc’s incredibly bad jokes, the rest of the visit is a piece of cake!)
